This was a live design & build project including a full CAT A & B refurbishment. The project involved connecting two existing buildings together over three floors to form one large modern office space. GLF were appointed to provide a replacement high-performance SG curtain wall system with integrated metal spandrels and AOVs. The project also featured two large glazed roofs to enclose a new atrium space. The design was completed using BIM level 2 and targeted to achieve LEED Platinum upon completion.
