Architects A+D Wejchert designed a contemporary shopping centre that takes maximum advantage of the location, with a 110 metre curving glazed street forming the spine of the centre and culminating in large 'lantern bays' that give panoramic views over Balbriggan and northwards to the Mourne Mountains.

 

One of the main features of this project is the 1,900 m² sloped and gradually faceted roof glazing. Total glass weight is over 95 tonnes. 

 

A range of proprietary facade systems were used for this project including FW50, FW60, Jansen and 102SSG concealed vents.
